Background
On Tuesday, October 7, 1997, Robert T. Marsh, Chairman of the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure
Protection, presented the keynote address at the opening plenary session of the 20th National Information Systems Security Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. In his address, Chairman Marsh presented brief overviews of the Commission's findings and recommendations.
